Do wear comfortable clothing and warm socks. A blanket will be provided to help keep you warm. We will talk about what situation or emotions brought you to set up an appointment. Your Session is done while you lay down on the therapy bed - fully clothed. At the end of your session I will ask you how you are feeling and if you would like to talk or share anything. Silence is also respected.
