A Gentle Journey through Life`s Final Chapter

Journey Sessions: Support Along the Way

Every end-of-life journey is deeply personal. It can hold tenderness, uncertainty, difficult emotions, meaningful conversations, cherished memories, and moments of quiet connection.

Journey Sessions offer a gentle space for the person approaching the end of life, their loved ones, or both. Together, we can make room for what is present in the moment, whether that means talking, reflecting, sharing memories, exploring spiritual questions, creating a personal ritual, or allowing emotions to be expressed and witnessed.

My approach brings together attentive listening, emotional and spiritual support, and gentle structure. Each session is guided by the needs of the people involved and the circumstances of their journey.

Together, Even at a Distance

Journey Sessions are available in person in the Zürich Oberland, Switzerland, and remotely worldwide.

Distance sessions offer the same dedicated time, care, and intention through a live video call or another agreed way of connecting. They provide space for the person approaching the end of life to share what is on their heart, for loved ones to explore their own experiences, or for people to come together across distances.

Whether we meet in person or remotely, each session is shaped around the people involved and what feels most meaningful to them at that time.

Giving space for the words, the feelings, the memories, and the moments that matter.

If you would like to explore whether a Journey Session might support you or someone you love, you are warmly invited to get in touch for a conversation.

Journey Sessions offer complementary emotional and spiritual support and do not replace medical, hospice, or palliative care.
