1. Services Offered

P.S. Sanctuary offers a range of complementary wellbeing experiences, which may include:

• In-person Reiki and energy work
• Distance Reiki and energy sessions
• Couple Energy Sessions
• Sensory Touch sessions
• Journey Sessions, offering emotional and spiritual support
• Reiki courses, training, and workshops

Services may be offered in person in the Zürich Oberland, Switzerland, or remotely, depending on the service. The format, duration, price, and arrangements for each service will be communicated before your booking or purchase is confirmed.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking and payment arrangements vary depending on the service. Appointments can be arranged through WhatsApp, the contact form, or another booking method specified for the service. 

In-person sessions

Payment for in-person sessions is due after the session, unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. 

Distance sessions

Payment is required in advance to confirm a distance session. Your appointment time will be confirmed once payment has been received. 

Courses, workshops, and digital products

Payment arrangements and any applicable conditions will be communicated during the booking or purchase process.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

I understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.

Rescheduling is always my preferred option, and I will do my best to find another suitable appointment time.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment at shorter notice, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation and agree on a fair solution.

For in-person sessions, where payment is made after the appointment, no refund is applicable if no payment has been made. If a cancellation or missed appointment occurs, I will consider the circumstances individually. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may mean that advance payment is required for future bookings.

For distance sessions, cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled to another mutually agreed appointment time. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, rescheduling will be considered individually.

If P.S. Sanctuary needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for any payment already made for the affected session.

For courses, workshops, packages, and digital products, any additional payment, cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions specific to that offer will be clearly communicated before purchase. These conditions apply alongside the general Terms & Conditions published on the P.S. Sanctuary website.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights you may have under applicable law.

4. Cancellations, Missed Appointments, and Refunds

For individual sessions, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, depending on the service and the payment arrangements communicated at the time of booking.

If P.S. Sanctuary needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund for the affected service.

For courses, workshops, packages, and digital products, any specific cancellation or refund conditions will be provided at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Preparing for Your Session

For in-person sessions, please arrive at the agreed time so you can settle in comfortably.

For distance sessions, choose a comfortable place where you can rest without interruption. Please ensure that your device and internet connection are suitable if the session takes place by video call.

For Sensory Touch sessions, your comfort, preferences, and personal boundaries are central to the experience. You are welcome to communicate your preferences, request adjustments, or pause or end the session at any time.

For Couple Energy Sessions, both participants must be comfortable taking part and agree to the session.
